Hi There

NICE to MEET YOU

My name is Rebecca, I am a certified TMS/ Mindbody Syndrome Practitioner and Chronic Health Coach. I’ve also started specialising in Breathwork and intend to continue on this journey.

How I can help you  with chronic pain

I offer 1-on-1 sessions, in which we first look into your case and (medical) background. Based on that, we will create a recovery plan, together, with the help of the various tools I have to offer. It’s important to know that I am not here to diagnose you or prescribe you anything. I am here to provide the knowledge I have obtained during my training, that will empower you to start your healing journey, and will be your guidance every step of the way.

Stress and sickness prevention for companies

Next to 1-on-1 client work, I also dedicate time to working with companies for stress and sickness prevention.

If this is something your organisation is investing in, get in touch to discuss how we can work together:

My Purpose

To help people that are stuck in chronic pain or chronic unfulfillment, to rise from it, and regain joy in life again.

These might seem like two very different themes, but I can assure you they overlap more than you think. A central theme in both is our mindset and how our beliefs impact what we experience. The work that I do, focuses on becoming aware of our core beliefs, and questioning them, because awareness is the first step when we want to change ANYTHING. Understanding how our brains work, the relation to our central nervous system, how and why pain is created, and how our perception and believes impact this entire process, is essential if you want to make any change. Whether you are dealing with pain, unhappiness, lack of purpose, the aim is to get to know yourself first.

Another commonality I have noticed among the people that I work with, is that they tend to put the needs of others before their own, are kinder to others than too themselves, do more for others than for themselves. When your cup is empty, how do you expect to serve others? Self-care is not selfish, and many struggle with this idea. Pain can be your body telling you, enough is enough. But this can also result in a feeling of emptiness, because your cup is quite literally empty.

I have experienced both, and can tell you, the way to move beyond it is to realign with yourself, start making changes to your current lifestyle, mindset, and take consistent steps to move towards your goal. My role as a coach is to ensure that you get there, using the tools I have learned that set you up for success.

I have personally been there and know how overwhelming it can feel, but I can tell you: your current reality doesn’t have to be your permanent one.
