My name is Rebecca Salama, I am a certified TMS/ MindBody Practitioner and Breathwork Educator. I am also the founder of Rise from Chronic Pain. My purpose is to help people that have been suffering from (unexplainable) chronic pain, to rise from it, and regain their joy in life. The only way to do this, is to get to the root of the problem, and heal it at the source, which often is not solely in your body.

Many of my articles are about strengthening our mindbody connection. These are published both on my blog and at Health & Wellbeing Magazine, read them all here
