My name is Rebecca, and I am a certified  MindBody Syndrome Practitioner and Chronic Health Coach.

My purpose is to help people that are stuck in chronic pain or dealing with chronic stress, to rise from it, and regain joy in life.

If that’s you, I’m here to help. We can work with me 1-on-1 or you can check out the online programs.

I also developed one training specifically for companies to help navigate stress in the workplace

Living a HAPPY, HEALTHY life, seems to have become harder than ever before, due to a level of chronic STRESS, addiction to achievements, comparison culture

We put so much pressure on ourselves to live up to unrealistic standards, and the few that reach these unlikely heights, find out that happiness does not automatically come with it.
The more common output of all this built up inner tension, or actually the repression thereof, is

  • Chronic pain symptoms (back pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, IBS, …)
  • Chronic Fatigue (often goes hand-in-hand with other symptoms)
  • Burn-outs
  • Various forms of addictions
  • Chronic stress and anxiety
  • Depression
  • And simply put; chronic unhappiness and unfulfillment

These are the symptoms of what is hiding underneath the surface. Everything that is ignored, not expressed, felt, or released. All this tension will eventually come out one way or another.
